I wanted to tell you about my experience at this hotel banquet room Saturday Aug 6th On April 3rd we visited this location to rent the roomWe were told that the hotel rooms surrounding it were not normally rented out and one would be saved for usWe came back on Aug 4th to pay the remaining amount due for the rental and also rented the adjourning room for an additional chargeAt this time they said they are no longer renting the hotel rooms and if at the end of the night we decide we want to stay we can rent it but there is no TVWe were also told we cannot come in at as originally told but at to decorateSo on the morning of Aug 6th I call the hotel and ask that they turn on the air conditionersWe rented this place for my daughter’s wedding reception, and since there would be a cake there I wanted to make sure it did not melt When I arrive there was only one air conditioner on and it’s in the adjourning roomThe room was very hot and even the hallway leading to
