Our customer states that she had difficulty streaming our 8/**/17 pay-per-view event. On the night of the event, she wrote to our customer service team asking for a refund. We have no record of a purchase using the email address given, therefore it is likely that she purchased the event through her...

Apple account. In any event, on 8/**/17 we wrote to her seeking information so that we could address her request (such as the email address used, last 4 numbers of the credit card), and indicating that if she did purchase through Apple, she should contact Apple to request a refund. To date we have not received a response to that written request. In addition, we have called the phone number given in this Revdex.com complaint, left a voice mail message with our contact information, but have not received a response to that call.
