Weeks ago I found the company on the internet and contacted them to rent a large screen tv and related equipment for a party I was planningThey quoted a price which I found acceptable and I told them I would be back in touch when the party date was finalizedI called them on Jan or and gave them the party date of March They asked for a $deposit during that callI gave them my AMEX number for the deposit payment and they subsequently (Jan 25) sent me the paperwork showing the deposit had been receivedOn Jan 27, I had an accident and found out that I needed to have surgeryAs a result my wife and I decided to cancel the partyI called the Company (Sebastian)on Jan to cancel and asked for a refund of my depositDuring this call I was told that company policy did not allow for refunds, but only credit against future eventsThey also stated that the policy is clearly stated on their invoicesI reminded them that I did not have an invoice to look at when the depos
