I am rejecting this response because:Date: Tue, Jan 5, at 12:PMSubject: Showroom Transport complaint # ***To: ***@myRevdex.com.orgI do not know who Karamjeet M*** is, I was introduced to a Shabbi both over the phone and in person, I spoke to Shabbi on the phone while he was picking up the trailer in Florida he told me that the trailer needed a new tire because one was bad and the other good I told to go ahead and purchase the tire and I will pay him when he makes the delivery he also asked me where the nearest Walmart is which I gave him direction, and even when I first did the transaction with the Ty person he told me that if the trailer needs new tires I am responsible and I told him that it was ok I am really surprise to that Shabbi would lie about me not wanting to pay for the tire and that he has to coaxed me pay him, that just prove to me the integrity of the company and the character of the workers. I offered thirty dollars toward the towing and Shabbi told me it was ok so I thought he felt bad for damaging my lawn but now I know otherwise He as an experience person who does this for a living should have gotten out of his truck and check the ground before he drove on it, he himself stated that "part of it was my fault I should have check the ground first seeing that it was raining yesterday." I did not realized that his truck was that heavy and would have got stuck the trailer did not get stuck ONLY HIS TRUCK.Regarding that Ty person it seems like he was there waiting for my call I did not even explain myself fully, he sounded so angry with a nasty tone calling me stupid and dumb and with a barrage of profanity and told me to go ahead and send him the pictures so he can send them to his attorney so I hung up the phone and called back again with the hopes of speaking to someone else but only to get the same person with the same results so I hung up and called back the third time, but the phone just kept on ringing, a few moments after Shabbi called me so I told him how rude and unprofessional that Ty person is and I also ask him who is the manager of the company, he apologized to me and said that Ty is the owner of the company with that we ended on a good note I am shock to know that Shabbi really wrote that letter willingly or maybe he was forced to do it to secure his job or he just two faced (tell everyone what they want to hear)Showroom Transport should be investigated and that Ty person should not be dealing with the public his customer service skill is disgraceful, distasteful and downgrading. Please see attachments:

It is unfortunate what happened to his 1970s boatThe customer did have an appraisal for over 30kThis is true, yet he did not release it to anyone until he realized the insurance company was only going to give him what he actually just paid for the boatHe purchased the boat on line
from across the countryWe arranged the shipping for him.The insurance adjuster looked up many boats similar to that boat and all were valued less or the same. The customer wanted 55,for the boat all the way through until the insurance company would only offer him what he paid for it.Once he disclosed a survey he had just before he purchased the boat, the insurance company offered him an in between amount of his appraisal of the boat and what he actually paidIn the end the insurance company gave him 6,more than he paid for itAnd then even offered him the boat for free back(some places quoted - only 10k to fix it)Again, it is unfortunate what happened, yet he is trying to make a huge profit off of insuranceThis is why insurance rates are highSo I will not give him another dimeHe got his money back in full for the transport, he got more money then he just paid for the boatSo he definitely got the actual value and more.He is trying to tear my company apart onlineHe got paid, wants moreIt is a a shame he was trying to commit insurance fraud.I will turn all information over to the lawyers if he persists on trashing a company while he was trying to commit fraud

As soon as I was made aware that our customer had not received the promised refund of $100.00  I credited it back to the customer's card on September 2, 2015.
The driver had exercised precaution by not backing the trailer into the requested parking spot.  He...

wanted to prevent possible damage from happening to the trailer. Our customer was able to have a relative back the trailer into the spot so the driver would not be responsible in the event something would happen.
Respectfully yours,
Mia L.

We understand that the customer was extremely upset when she called a few times to let us know about the condition of her backyard grass after the driver had driven over it at her request.  And we are sorry to hear about it.
The customer was asked to provide pictures of the area she was telling us about, which she did not do.  The request for pictures is a standard request in the transport industry when any damage is reported.  These could have been sent to the company that was contacted to do the actual transport and others if necessary.  For we are a transport broker and had a reliable company to do the transport.  One of their drivers did the transport and delivered the customer's trailer in good condition.
We hope this response is informative.

Handwritten response.

We understand that the customer is aggravated and is using the Revdex.com as a place to vent personal feelings.  The complaint is filled with extreme emotion and ridicule.
The head of our company had received many phone calls from the customer....

Initially, he requested pictures of the customer's backyard so he could assess the situation.  These were not provided.  The head of our company made himself available for the phone calls from the customer a number of times. In this response we are including a letter from the driver explaining what he encountered with the delivery situation and the cause of the damage to the lawn & grass area in the backyard.  On recent days there had been downfalls of rain that softened the soil and caused the tires of the truck to sink into the earth.  The driver had driven where the customer requested he drive.
The customer was told by the head of our company that we are not paying for repairs.
Sincerely,
Mina L

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:    It is true that I origionally asked for $55,000.00 as this was the cost that was quoted to me from the manufacturer to repair the boat. I thought that a company had to repair the merchandise they destroyed.  The origional offer of taking it to a repair shop near a lake in Nevada was unacceptable do to the damages recieved. I do not know exactly how they came up with a repair cost of $10,000.00. However, all the topside stantions, and extensive cabinetry damage was sustained as well as over 50 feet of caprail would have needed to been replaced, in addition to the bowsprit. There was also a fuel rupture some where, so the engine would have had to been pulled out, then the fuel tank (located under the engine) then all the fiberglass work then everything reinstalled and realigned. None of this takes into account the cost of the triple axel trailer that the boat was riding on. The low value of one of those trailers is around $5,000-6,000. I attempted to contact the insurance company and the surveyor on several occasions and no one ever asked me if I had a survey of the boat before purchasing it (which I did have done). Also, I am not quite certain why it matters, but this was not just a purchase over the internet. I flew out to inspect the boat myself prior to the purchse. The insurance survey did look at five other boats that were of the same age. However, the origional price they ycame up with was nearly a thousand dollars less than the least expensive boat they found and NONE of those prices indicated wether or not they included a trailer or not. This is kind of a big deal when establishing the value of these boats because of how much they weigh. As well, the insurance surveyer never entered into the boat to see how extensive the damage was. In the end I did receive $28,125.00. The loan that I had was for $28,800. I did receive the boat. The insurance folks told me it was going to cost them $2500 to have it disposed of. They offered it to me true, a broken boat with no trailer on the opposite side of the country.  I was able to get rid of it for the cost of moving it. So in the end, I actually saved them money.
It is not quite accurate to say that I maintained that I wanted $55,000 the whole way through. It is true that I asked for that when I believed it was their responsibility to repair the boat.  (Keep in mind that that was the quote from the manufacturer to repair the boat, not replace the trailer.) Once it was determined that the boat was a loss and she would not be repaired, I was encouraged to have patience and trust in the system. I did until they told me that they believed the total pre-accident value of the property was $21,250.
On top off this, the owner of the shipping company himself said that I should get the value of the property lost, not what I paid for it. Now he  says that it is just what I paid for it. By that way of thinking, then if the boat had been inherited, I should get nothing. As well, when I explained what was going on, the owner of the shipping company said that he would try to make good the difference on a phone call. He made no promises, but said that he would try. Once I had settled with the insurance company, he never called me again to say anything one way or the other.
I do not tbelieve this to be fraud. I am a US serviceman with over 19 years service and am currently deployed. I was trying to give the owner of the company the option to keep his word.    I understand that he does not desire to do this and I have said my peace. I am no longer looking for any money from him and am ready to let this drop.   I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com and filed one review of his company.   Regards,[redacted]
