Our rental contract states that if a product fails while the customer is still paying on the product that we will either fix or replace the product with the same or like productThe product this customer has is an aged product so neither fixing nor replacing with the same product are optionsWe are still in the process of finding an appropriate “like” product for the customer but unfortunately since we are dealing with a technology product, some features customers like simply cease to be availableWe want to satisfy his needs as he has been a very good customer of oursWe will continue to work hard to make this happen
