Review: Have a signed agreement for "Video Taping Service -Capture location, guests arriving, condid room actifity and video presentation screen activity. Basic editing, will also give raw digital tape and or disc" for my father's memorial service held on April 21, 2012. Yes, 2012. After repeated phone calls/emails,(3/15,3/25, 4/2 and 4/30) I still do not have tapes or discs. [redacted] indicated she mailed them but uses a mailing service and has no proof of mailing. When I gave her the mailing address, she indicated that was not the address she had them sent to and would do them "this weekend" (April 6/7 2013). As of today, May 2nd, I still have nothing. Left [redacted] yet another message on 4/30 that I wanted a refund of my $750.00. Still have heard nothing.
