Leonardo came out and gave us an estimate for a bath tub glass enclosureHis price was not cheap but he agreed to get the job done in the timeframe specifiedHe promised job completion within week of order dateHe assured me this can be done because he does not outsource the glass fabricationHe claims everything is done in-houseNot only did he not perform the install in one week, at the two week mark he did not know when he could installWhen asked why he can't confirm an install date, he said it was because the glass was being prepared by another company and they are busyWhat??!!?? How can this be when everything is done in-house? I have a series of text messages where I practically begged him to get this job done as we had guests arriving and needed use of our upstairs bathAll I heard was one excuse after anotherThis was a horrible experienceWe did not have use of our bath and suffered because of promisesAfter many failed promises when he was finally ready to install we did not want to do business with such a companyIf they treated me this horribly before they took my money, I cannot imagine how poor the service would be were there to be a warranty issueNow I am being harassed, bullied and threatenedHe is demanding paymentAfter Leonardo and Shower Glass DreamWorks engaged in breach of contract, I am being threatened with a lawsuit and lienTalk about the pot calling the kettle blackJust unbelievable! I was fortunate I did not have to pay in advance or give a depositWhile we suffered and were put through difficulty and embarrassment, at least we did not lose money alsoWe will count our blessingsI hope others will read this review and avoid doing business with this companyI'm sure there are many other people out there that will treat customers with honesty, professional courtesy and respectAlso note the unprofessional design/drawing provided

He promised job completion within 1 week of order date. He assured me this can be done because he does not outsource the glass fabrication. He claims everything is done in-house. Not only did he not perform the install in one week, at the two week mark he did not know when he could install. When asked why he can't confirm an install date, he said it was because the glass was being prepared by another company and they are busy. What??!!?? How can this be when everything is done in-house? This was a horrible experience. We did not have use of our bath and suffered because of false promises. After many failed promises when he was finally ready to install we did not want to do business with such a company. If they treated me this horribly before they took my money, I cannot imagine how poor the service would be were there to be a warranty issue. Now I am being harassed, bullied and threatened. He is demanding payment. After Leonardo and Shower Glass DreamWorks engaged in breach of contract, I am being threatened with a lawsuit and lien. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Just unbelievable! I was fortunate I did not have to pay in advance or give a deposit. While we suffered and were put through difficulty and embarrassment, at least we did not lose money also. We will count our blessings. I hope others will read this review and avoid doing business with this company.
