Showcase Kitchens

Review: I have paid over $31,200 to this business for my "hidden" kitchen remodeling. Unfortunately, I received an obvious mess instead. Almost every item installed has a defect and my dishwasher is still not installed properly. They are holding all of the cabinetry material to remediate the kitchen, which material I have already paid for and is being replaced due to defects in the product and workmanship. I have many photographs of the kitchen I would like to share if possible so their incompetence is evident. Please help.Desired Settlement: The contractor finishes the job and accepts the amount due of $1,105.44 which includes credits for the remediation of the backsplashes of $590 which was agreed to by the one of the owners who is now trying to renege , and reimbursement for the theft by their contractors associate of $600, garage door remote control $30.70 and the cost to re-key the locks in my house $299.48. thank you.
