Showcase Home Remodeling

Review: Showcase home remodeling installed a new roof on my home, shortly after the shingles started to fall off. He tried to repair the shingles but more started to fall off, after several attempts to fix it he said the shingles were defective and that I had to put in a claim with [redacted] the shingles maker, which I did, [redacted] notified me after their inspection that the shingles were installed wrong and that it was the roofers responsibility to fix it. I tried to get showcase to fix my roof but they will not do it, I even contacted [redacted] and the roofer still did not fix my roof, they told [redacted] that they will not fix it. I have an estimate from another roofer that states " Workmanship was sub standard, and the contractor did not follow the installation specifications... poor workmanship"Desired Settlement: Since showcase home remodeling can not do the job right and refuse to fix the roof properly, I want them to pay a new roofer for a new roof that I have an estimate for which costs cheaper then the amount I had to pay them for my roof.
