I purchased a sofa and couch from Showcase Furniture in MtDora, FLRecliner was delivered that was leaning (Delivery men noticed) They sent a repairman that replaced the base It started leaning again within three months Started calling Showcase (Chad, Jim and John) with NO return calls Finally threatened them and they called me back and said they were responsible for repairing only once then I have to contact [redacted] If Showcase delivers a faulty chair and claims the repair is the only one they are responsible for then how can they claim they already used their "one" repair? It should not have been delivered in that condition I can no longer use this leaning recliner!!
