[redacted] and I have been working on getting Tuftex to step up and take care of her carpet complaint for over a year She contacted me to let me know she was filing this complaint with the Revdex.com I am still in communication with ***, and continue to try to get Tuftex to step up They have promised to replace about 60% of the job to date However, [redacted] still has concerns about the rest of the carpet from the original order That is why I am still working to get a complete replacement We are working with two large companies Tuftex (Shaw) and Stainmaster Getting one of them to step up and stand behind their product is proving difficult, as they can't determine who's at fault Showcase Floors has never not been in communication with [redacted] ***, and will continue to work with her to get her complaint resolvedJeremiah

I am rejecting this response because:
 We do not feel secure dealing with Tuftex carpet co. or dealing with Stainmaster.  If it turns out in a year or two then we had to replace the living room and dining room, then we would have the same problem of un-matching carpet  We feel because we are not satisfied with the quality of the carpet we purchased we would like some kind of reimbursement so if we have to purchase living room and dining room carpet we could  make a selection  of our choice.  We have been satisfied with Showcase Floors in their handling of this by dealing with Tuftex Co. They have worked to get a satisfactory deal for us.
