Review: Tile was installed last June. May, I started noticing tiles being loose and the upgreded grout I supposedly ordered, was flaking off in chunks. [redacted], owner of Showcase flooring, came to inspect. He stated it was due to sub flooring and that I needed a general contractor. I followed his advice and consulted one; stated it was not the subfloor but poor installation. He stated the tiles were not "buttered" properly. I then relayed this informaton to [redacted] (Showcase Flooring) and he agreed to come out again. However, he never did. He stopped taking calls; his cell phone was also his buisness phone. I attempted to contact him on several occasions to no avail; I visited his place of buisness where a sign For Rent was posted.Desired Settlement: have flor repaired, pieces are now missing, reglue loose pieces and install upgraded grout that I paid for but that was not delivered.
