Review: FIRST OF ALL, I'VE MADE CALL TO MAKE RESERVATION ON SHOWBOAT FOR PET FRIENDLY ROOM. AND I WAS SURELY TOLD IT WILL BE COMPLEMENTLY ROOM(FREE).
AFTER I'VE CHECKED ROOM FRONT DEAK CALLED MY ROOM AROUND 1:30AM WHILE I WAS IN DEEP SLEEP.
AND TRYING TO TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY $100 FOR PET ALSO, I MIGHT HAVE TO LEAVE THE HOTEL CAUSE OF COMPLAIN WITH OTHER PARTY.
BEING HARRAH'S PROPERTY CUSTOMER FOR LAST 7YEARS IT WAS WORST EXPERIENCE.
AND HOTEL MANAGER ON DUTY WAS HIGHLY ATTATIVE ME AND MY GIRL WAS VERY TIRE AT THAT TIME. WE COULD NOT GET SLEEP WELL ALSO, WE HAD TO SUFFER.
AND THEY STILL CHARGED $100 FOR MY ROOM.

Review: on 12- 28 I saw on hsowboat atlantic city nj web site for a hotel deal with 25% off the reg price nite and a food and beverage credit with code [redacted] the code was entered for the price for feb 13 one night and it charged my credit card - when I check the confirm sent to my email [redacted] there was no package code entered- I called showboat 609 number to tell the front desk at which the woman answered said she saw no promo on my reservation and no package deal and switch me to reservations- they said it is online only deal and to speak with front desk at the hotel ad saw no package deal on my reservation- I called today and spoke with scott the sup at the fron desk who told me to call customer relations tomorrow - I even cancel the original reserrv and made a new one to make sure I added the code and still no cofirm re the package deal ws showing alhough my credit car was charged- then I spoke with the hotel manager daryl price who put me through to reservations again and told me to speak with a supervisor- I was placed on hold for ten minutes and noone evr picked- this fiasco is the worst ive seen - there is literally no customer service- there is promo advertised online for which they charge your card and the promo never shows up in the confirm- no one s informed or knows what to do re thsi matter including supervisopr scot and daryl price the manager- they are unwiling to resolver he problem or dont know how- this is disgusting and appallingDesired Settlement: for all the time and run around ive gotten for putting up with their mistake I should get free night and this deal and a refund for what I paid- for all their stupidity and incompetence - thsiis a large corp ad some one should be held accountable - oh yes they shoudl comp me
