I have had the opportunity to work with Christi [redacted] on several occasions. Christi is an amazing professional. She is personable, congenial, thoughtful, she knows her product and takes the time to know her clients. She has accomplished the art of tuning into what the client says and understanding the demographics of what the client needs to enhance their brand. It is a pleasure to team with Show your Logo and Christi is a huge contribution why.

I've worked with Christy [redacted] at Show Your Logo for several years now for our give-aways for our trade show booth and other. Christy has always been most attentive to questions I've had and also helpful to make suggestions and strategize with me - especially since there's a budget involved! She is prompt with her responses and follow-up is great. We have been most pleased with both the product and the way our logo is printed on the item and displayed. I definitely recommend Show Your Logo as a business partner!

Our custom mugs from Show Your Logo turned out great. HOWEVER, there was an extremely high shipping cost that was never revealed to us until it showed up on our credit card receipt. We understand that exact shipping costs can be hard to measure, but our agent could have easily warned us that the cost would be 50% of our $400 order. It might have affected our decision to order, and it certainly affects our decision to use this company in the future. No complaints about the quality of the merchandise, though.

We are currently working with the customer to
resolve this issue.  It seems like there
has been a couple points of miscommunication on this order.  One of these occurred when the customer was
asked to provide us with a breakdown of what shirts were missing and what shirts
were...

received.  The customer sent us a
picture of the shirts.  We left the customer
a message that we would need an actual count. 
After that voicemail was when the customer contacted the Revdex.com.  We have reached back out to the customer in attempts
to resolve this issue with the customer. 
It is not 100% clear witch shirts the customer is actually missing.  Even with that, Show Your Logo, Inc. is in
the process of printing replacement shirts for the customer.  The replacements are in production now
pending receipt of the customer’s updated credit card information. Thank You,
