Review: Shortcuts has repeatedly violated their agreement to me, I am being charged on a monthly basis for services I am not able to utilize. I cannot get anyone there to compensate me for all time lost due to software problems,Desired Settlement: Shortcuts had made a written promise (via email) to accommodate the services of my business and has failed to do so. In addition, the book me online has been inconsistent from the time of installation which was 9 months ago. Also, I am paying as a licensed user but I am not able to access remotely to the server to do any tasks involving marketing online to customers due to a windows 10 problem that Shortcuts has no capability to resolve. Yet they continue to charge my bank on a monthly basis for the full price of $193.00.
