This response is absolute nonsenseI was never contacted by this office to resubmit my insurance informationThey have my phone nimber on file and have called me numerous times before when there was an issue If the office had bothered to reach out to me, I would have supplied the information promptlyThis is an attempt to back pedal on the doctors behalf due to the fact that I turned her into the medical board for her abhorrent behavior and attempt to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for a visit in which she berated and humiliated me. The office has my current insurance information, nothing has changed, nor have I given them any reason to think it has
