Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I would like a refund of my money but your system does not allow for a response directly to the business owner. Could you please pass along my request? IF I actually get the refund in the correct amount, I will consider the issue resolved. Thank you.
Sincerely,

deal with. We finally got everything paid for by the insurance company but at that point we were in cold of winter and I had my crew laid off for the winter cold snap. We are starting back to work this week on Feb 15th. I understand that you are upset, and rightfully so. I would love the opportunity to make this right for you. I can send you back a refund as requested or I can put you in the schedule and get the job done for you in the next week. Again, my apologies, I am sorry this happened and I take full responsibility. Hopefully I can make it right.Sincerely,Rob V[redacted]
