Shoreline Sewer & Drain

Review: I hired Shoreline Sewer and Drain to come to a building I own in [redacted] to diagnose a drainage issue. He assured us that he resolved the issue and that we would no longer have any issues. He treated the wrong issue, and left us with nothing solved. He left us a huge mess in the salon, requiring me to pay someone to clean the salon and bathroom ceiling to floor. I have asked him multiple times to come back to the salon and resolve the issue and he "hasn't been available". I have requested a full refund of the 400$ cash that I paid, and still have herd nothing back. I would like a full refund to help cover the cost of the work that needs to be done and the damage he may have cost. The plumber we have recently hired believes that [redacted] from shoreline sewer and drain may have burst the pipe thats now causing our issues.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the 400$ cash that he charged.
