I bought my Chevy Silverado from the Betten Chevrolet used car lot but learned it had actually been from Shoreline MotorsWithin just a few days the windshield broke from a crack in the side that I hadn't seenDuring this time, the truck would alarm and ask to tighten the gas capI found the gas cap to having just been replaced but with a cheap aftermarket gas cap so I then bought one from Betten as well as a new oil sending unit since the one in the truck was leakingThe check engine light came on at this point with an emissions code of pIt seems during the oil change at Shoreline Motors, they had cleared this code before putting the truck for sale at BettenI received an estimate if $in addition to the $I spent on parts plus I also spent $on fixing the windshield, all within the first week and I now have a truck with a check engine light due to a fault emissions canister
