Richard completed my taxes & I paid in full over 2 years ago. Now is sending me a bill saying I owe another 240$ for stuff he never did. He over-charges & rips people off. Leaves you hanging if you have a deadline & then charges you more. Everytime you talk to him because you are stressed about his lack of completing something...he will charge you by the minute & also charge per piece of paper.
Be warned that he is a rip off.
