Review: While contracted with compay to have snow plowing provider this past season (2013-14), damage was done to my garage door/tract/opener controll when plow slide/drove into garage door (Dec 22, 2013). Spoke with the plow driver at the time of the damage and refered to the contractor. Contractor failed to call back in a timely manner and had to personally pay to have emergency repair in order to have door close properly on a temporary basis. Placed a call to the contractor and he mentioned that he would come out "later". At that time the weather prevented him from coming to the property to see the damage. He never followed through to come over, have insurance company call me during the remainder of the season and still no contact this spring. I continued to have trouble with the door opener and door closing properly and very noisy, jerky. I subsequently had the garage door company come back out and they said that the mechanism could not be fixed and I would have to replace door and opener (which I did). Again, no contact from Shoreland owner.

I tried to email them without getting a response and when I tried to call the work and mobile number both were disconnected.Desired Settlement: Be reimbursed for damages and replacement of garage door and other related mechanisms. Refund for the 2013-14 plowing season
