Shore View Financial

I was skeptical but they came through for me and my family with mortgage financing. I appreciate them being patient with me as I lost my temper with them at times but they were understanding and calmed my doubts. Thanks again guys I will send referrals!

We used Shore View to try and help us in lowering our mortgage payment. They guaranteed they could help but ending up not being able to. They said that this was a rare occasion for them. They said they would refund all the money that we paid up front which was a total of $3995. These words came from the Director of Operations. They refunded the money but it was only $3495. They held out $500 for their services which they were not supposed to because the D of O said he would refund it all since they couldn't help. We contacted him and said he would send the $500. We received the $3495 check on Thursday and deposited it. By Monday, the check had bounced for insufficient funds which caused us to bounce checks and lots of embarrassment. We contacted them and they did wire transfer the next day and they covered the $3495 plus the $500 they owed us and some fees we got charged by the bank. I appreciate them doing this but overall this caused us lots of embarrassment and lots of headaches.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
