Review: I purchased an [redacted] Refrigerator Mode #: [redacted] in February of 2014. Just shortly after the 1 year warranty ran out, the ice maker stopped working. It took them 3 times to finally figure out the problem and repair it. I woke up this AM - 10/15/15 - to the refrigerator warm and not working. I called to ask what they could do to resolve this as the refrigerator should not break down two times within less than a year. I was told they could do nothing and to call [redacted]. I was never, ever offered an extended warranty on the product and was told it was a good product at the time I purchased it. I asked if they could provide some kind of good deal for an exchange and was told they could not do anything. I should just get it repaired.
