Regardless of the email Shoptab states they sent (I could make up a page easily) I never received an email from this company from ANY of my inquiries. I was never offered any sort of refund. Why offer it - why not just do it? I expect a refund of my $10, that is the only response I will accept.

Review: I began a 7 day free trial offer with this company and cancelled after 4 days. My cancellation clearly stated I would not be charged. However, on what would have been the 8th day I noticed the monthly fee taken from my [redacted]l Debit card. I emailed the company with no response, we could not log into the account any longer and tried emailing for password and still heard nothing from them. As of today we still cannot log into the account (so clearly, it is cancelled) but also have had no contact from the company.Desired Settlement: I want the return of my $10, this was not an authorized charge.
