Thank you for making us aware of the complaint you received from Ms*** ***, your ID ***. Ms*** also wrote to us directly and has called the contact center several times. We referred this matter to the management team of the ShopRite of Belleville.
Regretfully, the store informed us that Ms*** became irate during her shopping visit. She was asked to leave the store, but the situation escalated and the police were called. As a gesture of goodwill in response to her letter and phone calls, the store delivered replacement product to her and also issued a $on November 13, 2017. We have closed this matter in our files
