I had provided all infos including a purchase order number so they can see that my feedback was about a verified purchase.
I sent many e-mails and asked why. Each time they said the status is pending and they will look at it. Finally, they said the status can be pending for 30 days or longer.
I checked the positive reviews for http://www.thefurnaceoutlet.com/. They publish the positive feedback from today or yesterday immediately.
This is not fair to consumer and it is misleading. I purchased at http://www.thefurnaceoutlet.com/ based on some positive reviews. I was very disappointed and lost time and money.
The customer wrote a negative review but included a URL address in the complaint. For privacy and security reasons, our system automatically restricts reviews with URL addresses or email addresses from being published. After we manually recovered the review and removed the URL, the review was published live.
