Good morning, on November 1st I purchased a product from SNKR Box online. They said it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I have been emailing them and they have yet to respond with any information. I have paid and would like my money back

I ordered a product from this company August 8th, 2019 and never received my purchase. Once the expected shipping date expired I emailed the company on four different occasions and never received a reply or a refund.

I ordered a Sneaker Box on the website shopsnkrbox.com for 49.99 USD plus tax. The site said it could take some time before the product was delivered. I placed my order in mid August and received an email saying my order was shipped on September 3rd. After several weeks I started emailing the site (only way to contact them) to get information such as tracking number, how it was being shipped, and the approximate delivery date. After contacting the site more than 7 times I knew something was wrong so dug deeper. After I got a little more hostile in my emails I received an email stating it could take 6-8 weeks from when I made my order to have it delivered. If that were the case I should have gotten it already. I want my money back. I know there is no chance of getting the product because I was dumb to even think this too good to be true deal was from a honest business.
If there is a chance of getting the product then I'll take it other wise I'd like my money back.
I ordered a custom sneaker box from an advertisement I saw on *** from a profile called shopsnkrbox. They are selling a shoe storage box for 49.99 and I purchased one on October 1st and I was given a shipment date from October 31-November 11. I have not received it. On August 23,2019 I made a purchase from snkrbox via *** advertisement. The promotion was for a custom built sneaker box discounted at $49.99. I paid using my credit card and was sent an confirmation via email. I was given the order *** and informed that it would take up to three weeks for shipping. It's now October 31,2019 and I have not received any updates or responses as far as my order goes. I've made several attempts to contact them by either email or *** page but I have been unsuccessful. At this point I don't even want the merchandise I really just want my card refunded

shopsnkrbox.com advertises on Instagram for custom sneaker boxes. I placed an order on August 9, 2019 then they send you a text your order has been processed and they promptly charged my account for this item. I haven't heard from them since. I have sent 2 follow up emails, It's been over a month and I can't even get a response.

"New Company, First 500 Customers Get a box for $49.99" then they send you a text your order has been processed and you'll never hear from them again. I have sent emails, messaged their ***, called any numbers I could find. They say it'' be 5-7 days. It's been a month and I can't even get a response. ***

Refund I would like my money back.
We ordered "Smoke White" Ear Buds (head phones) on July 24, 2019 through the North Beats website. We paid $29.99 and my credit card was charged almost immediately. We received a confirmation email and an order confirmation email saying they would "ship out your order within 5-7 business days.
We've emailed 3 times asking if they could update us on the status of the order, we have not heard from them at all.
My niece also placed an order 5 days earlier and she too has emailed asking about her order. Neither if us have heard from or received the product paid for.
We would like a refund.
