due to non-disclosure. I cancelled my order within 30 minutes of ordering it online, they hadn't prepared the shipping label, but chose to ship it anyway. I continued to reach out to ShopLadder about cancelling the order, but they are very slow to respond. Please beware.
This is company is scam and gets business from walmart site I had several awful experience with the customer service when I attempted to return a Christmas toy that I purchased through walmart site They charged me twice for the shipping and wouldn't refund me the product value Don't purchase anything from this company The return policy is a scam and they want to charge you for shipping, restock, and other fees Walmart site provides free shipping and this company just uses the walmart.com website to get business I tired to return the product to Walmart store and they wouldn't take it because they said it was a 3rd party (ShopLadder) sold it through their site
BEWARE!!!!!! Horrible customer service and fraudulent return policy!! I wish I would have read reviews! I fault Walmart as well, they actually use shop ladder as a vendor

This is a very positive review when this company teams up with Amazon I was looking for unusual finials for my drapery rods I found the perfect gargoyle metal 8" long and were made to fit most drapery rods, it adjusted nicely with just a set screw A unique item which was delivered on time and came in three different choices of colors Don't write off this company too quickly, I would definitely recommend them, at least when they sell through Amazon
After finding ShopLadder on line I ordered a replacement glass shade for my floor lampUnfortunately it did not fit on the lamp properly and I needed to return it back to ShopLadder When I called for a "return authorization" the customer service rep told me that I would have to pay return shipping which I had no issue with, but she also explained that the "free shipping" they had offered on their website no longer applied when you return the purchase! They will now deduct $from my credit after item is returned I have never purchased anything with free shipping where I was penalized the initial free shipping if I needed to return an item I will never deal with company again There are far too many other companies to deal with that do not penalize you for an item part not fitting correctly I think they should revisit their refund policies
The customer service gentleman at shop ladder was prompt and courteousHe resolved my return issues and got back to me in hours Good company to deal with
The order and payments are easy to place but getting their choice of fright liners to deliver is quite a chore. I chose standard shipping for this order.
The actual item, a table, was package quite well. Although, there was still some minor nicks and chips in some of the pieces. Turned in the right direction no one will notice. Assembly went smoothly, but the small flat hex wrench included did not fit the nuts and bolts.
The reason this post is neutral however is due to one glaring issue with the table. It is a 54'' table in length with a built in 18'' butterfly leaf. The table has a type of wooded skirt around the edging. When the butterfly leaf is open it is fine and locked in place with metal locks, however the only way to pin it back and out of the way for storage is by VELCRO. Pitiful. Had I known that was the case, I would not have purchased the table. They had the tools and items necessary to simply pin it back with metal similar to how the leaf locks.

Worst customer satisfaction ever. I ordered 3 bar stools and paid a fairly high price for them. One seat cushion ripped at the seam with a 100 pound lady sitting in it. Then when I contacted customer service they requested pictures to replace the cushion under warranty. Pictures sent, no response. Contacted customer service again and again had to send pictures. Received a replacement cushion that was a completely different color and texture than the ones I purchased. Contacted customer service and was told they would contact the vendor and I would get a response within 2 days. No response. Contacted customer service and then they requested a picture of the replacement I received. Pictures sent. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this resolved and all I get is more run around. Totally fed up with these people and will never spend another dime with them. I could have gotten better service from Walmart and saved a fortune.

I ordered a dolly for my dad for Christmas this year so that he could haul his radio equipment. We ordered the dolly on December 3, as in a couple days after Thanksgiving. It is now December 18, and it was supposed to ship on Monday (3 days ago) and then Wednesday (yesterday) and we just received another email saying it isn't shipping until Monday. Monday, as in, three days before Christmas! If it actually does ship, even though we have Amazon prime, will it actually come on Christmas Eve? Probably not! I should have just went to The Home Depot or Lowe's. Stay far away from this company!

This company is a BIG SCAM! Run away if you see anything online from IVGStores or ShopLadder. They advertise a product I was looking for on Walmart Online with deceptive image, I ordered the product and when it arrived it was not what I wanted to buy, I called their customer service number and was informed that an email will be sent to me, that email just explained what charges will be taken out of my order for shipping (which was double the original shipping price) and the worse part is I had to wait more days to get another mail detailing where to send the product. This company just messed with the wrong IT guy, I am getting a wordpress blog/domain and will call it "ShopLadderIvgStoreIsAScam" and will expose you guys for the THIEVES you are!!!!
Beware. False advertising and no customer service is the norm for Shopladder. They have already 11 closed complaints through Revdex.com concerning false advertising and misleading advertising. Make ours the 12th! Scam artists. Do not buy from Shopladder. It's just too risky.
I ordered through Wal-Mart and ShopLadder filled the order. It shipped very quickly. I had a question and emailed them. A couple hours later they called me and were very helpful. I would definitely shop with them again. Great customer service!
I purchased a power lift recliner thru Sears for my 92 year old mother who was in reclining health and was told it would take a month to ship to me even though it would be shipped from the state we live in(California). I discovered it would be coming from IVG Stores when I tried to cancel it because my mother had passed away shortly after I ordered it for her. I cancelled it with some hastle in doing so even thought I tolf them she has passed away. They still wanted me to keep the chair even though it hadn't been delivered yet. I had to work with Sears to get IVG to cooperate. I finally got it cancelled and they wound up charging me almost $200 on handling fees for something I never received. I will make sure I never get anything from IVG again and I will tell all my friends and relatives.
