Review: I placed an order on 9/23/13 when I pressed the submit button the website froze. My card was charged ** yet the product order never placed. I spoke with customer service who gave me another number to call. I left a message and got a call back stating my card would be credited on 9/26/13. To this point my account shows no credit. I also have an e-mail from the company stating my card would be credited. I have e-mailed the company an additional two times yet no response. My card is attached to my checking account and would require no more than one day for crediting. It has been 6 days and the company refuses to return my money.Desired Settlement: Refund my card as promised.
