to mow his lawn later that day, the engine blew upThe customer brought the lawn mower back and we noticed that the customer did not shut off the valve and that there was gas again in the oilWe have it written in the invoice stating that the customer needs to shut off the valve in order for the fuel not to leak into the oilWe do not owe a refund due to the fact that the customer made the mistake and it was not our faultI would be willing to buy battery back from the customer as long as they bring it back and the battery is still able to be sold
