Review: I made an online purchase of Infrared Heat Bulbs from [redacted] on October 20, 2013. (order #[redacted])When I did not receive my order after about 15 days I called the company and left a message. No one called back so on November 8, 2013 I emailed the company and contacted Paypal, since I used their service to pay. I did get an email reply and was told to contact FedEX and make a claim. I called FedEx, after speaking to several different agents, It was acknowledged that the item was sent to the wrong street address - also I was told that the customer can not file a claim, that the merchant is responsible to file a claim. I emailed [redacted] (the owner of [redacted]) and told her that the package was delivered to the wrong address and that she was responsible for filing a claim.several days later she told me to confirm my address because she thinks she found the error, so I send her my address (weird that I would have to send her my address) On November 13, 2013 after several more emails [redacted] acknowledged that is was sent to the wrong address and she would send me a refund.On November 27, 2013 I send another email: no refund yet.The reply was an all caps email forwarded to the manufacture requesing them to file a complaint and saying she would send me a check. No Check as of January 2, 2014 and I'm now in complaint proceedings with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I want my refund, but after being treated so poorly I want others to beware.This owner has no intention of sending me my refund. I provided all the correct information and have been more than patient waiting for my refund. The error in delivery was not my fault, any reputable company would have immediate resolved this problem. shameful!
