I bought an African dress online on March 9, RECEIVED a message that order was mailed on March 22. Today is May 19, 2020. I do not have my dress. $34.99 was withdrawn from my visa card.
I want my money returned as soon as possible. There was no tracking of my package so could not tell if it was missing

I ordered $224 worth of clothing from this company the first week of February. I was told that it would ship in 5-7 days. By the last week in February I still had no tracking number and had not heard from anyone in customer service. The event I needed the items for already passed. I called their customer service number and could not get through as it was not in service. It was not until I requested a refund from PayPal that anyone sent an email saying my items would ship soon. My order did not ship until March 6... An entire month after u places the order which I still have not received. And it is coming from China when the website makes it seem that the company is in VA. I never would have ordered if I thought it was shipped from China. I have been misled and cannot get my money back. This is no way to treat a customer.

On 12/25/19, I placed an order of $298.94 via PayPal for 5 items which I never received. After trying reaching out to them so many time I can get through they kept telling me their number is not in service. I had tried researching online to see if they have a secondary number no success so I sent them an email on 1/5/20 to check on the status I never got a response/reply from them neither did I received any of my items ordered.
