Review: I placed an order with shop2wear on the 7th of July 2013. I have tried several times contact them in regards to my order with no response.

Purchase was made on July 7th 2013 in the amount of 21.97 for a pair of Steelers sunglasses. I've tried several times to contact them via email and phone. No one ever answers and I've left voice mails twice with no response. After further research into this company I'm beginning to believe it's a scam and need my money returned. Order number is 32115572, this is in no way how a true business should operate.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the amount of 21.97 for a purchase made on 7/7/13 using my Visa debit card.

Order [redacted] for a Carolina Panthers jacket in the amount of $114.99 was placed and received on 2/22/14 but my son needed a smaller size. I contacted about exchanging and was sent the return information via email. I shipped the item and it was tracked and received on 2/28/14 at the TN location. I did not get the smaller jacket or a refund as requested in March and April when I still had not received a call or email from shop2wear. I called and emailed the tracking number for proof of their receipt and still no response. The calls just go to voicemail and emails are not returned.Desired Settlement: I want this company to refund my $114.99 for the Carolina Panthers jacket I have not received.

Review: I placed an order for a 49ers jacket on 2/25/14, I paid with my bank card, my account was charged on 2/27/14. I heard nothing from them at all, until after I called them and messaged them on 3/12/14. They sent me an email on 3/13/14 stating "your order has been shipped". On 3/17/14 I received the order. It is totally NOT what I ordered at all. It is different from what I ordered. The receipt That came with with the package specifies clearly what I originally ordered. I paid $137.99 for a certain Item, they are not going replace it just because they feel like it. I messaged them and called them informing them of their mistake and bad service. They emailed me back with rules on how to return Items. After reading so many similar complaints and how they do not follow through, exchange, refund money, even after you return the wrong item, I don't know what to do. Something has to be done with this "company". They are crooks, ripoffs, scammers.Desired Settlement: First of all I would like it if they had someone answering their phones. It's obvious they are hiding. I want them to guarantee they will fix the problem, Then I want the correct item I purchased, since that probably will not happen, I want my $137.99 refunded back to me. I will not pay to return the wrong item. I want them to pay for returning the item. They should have printable return labels.

Review: I purchased three items on-line and used my debit card as payment on 10-4-13.That day I recieved confirmation that the order was placed and paid for. On 10-7-13, I recieved a tracking number for my order, which of course did not work.I made several phone calls and the line always goes to voicemail which no one ever returns calls as promised.I also sent several e-mails. On 10-7-13 [redacted] replyed via e-mail "I'll return a call or e-mail regarding your order within two days", no phone call yet and today is 10-22-13.. I've left app 15 messages at the California store and I have filed with the Revdex.com in Knoxville as well, it's a second store they have, their phone just rings constantly, and number that the local directory has doesn't exist. Something needs to be done with this company, the web-site looks great but don't fall for this one!! All I want is my money and shipping costs returned..

Customer indicated to us via email that the box was damaged: "the sticker on the box read possible damage and my local post office placed another sticker on the package that read unsealed upon delivery with todays date."

We sent an email to [redacted]@zoominternet.net on 10/23/2013: "It shows that we shipped you three items. Please revert back if you had any wrong items.". We did not receive any response from the customer to that email.

Could you please send us the photo copy of the front of the box, as we would need to use it to file a claim with USPS.

I purchased a Kentucky College Hoodie from the website after seeing on in Gatlinburg, TN. The store clerk gave me the website and told me to get one from there. I made my purchase on 6/16/2013 at 6:14:15 PM for $103.85. I received an e-mail about 1 and 1/2 months later advising me that they were out of the purchased Hoodie. I requested a full refund and have not heard from them since. They will not answer the phone or replay to my emails.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund in the amount of $103.85 or the Hoodie I ordered.

I ordered a shirt from this business and got an order confirmation. That was the last contact I had with them. They took my money and left me high and dry. They are criminals that need to be prosecuted for theft.

Review: No delivery.ordered jacket 7-2-13 never received. I called 3x's voice mail every time. E-mailed and got 2 answers saying product was sent priority mail 2 weeks later still no product. I put in a dispute with my credit card. Very very poor customer service. Desired Settlement: I just want people to know about this business and that it is a scam. They are terrible business people and give ordering online a bad name. Should be out of business. If I am unable to get my money back from my credit card, I am requesting a full refund from the company.

Review: I ordered 2 sun glasses from Shop2Wear and received nothing and can not get a hold of anyone about the issue.

On May 9th I ordered 2 sports sun glasses from Shop2wear online and I received nothing at all. They E-mailed me a confirmation and gave me an order number. A few days passed and I wanted to track the package with the number they gave me but UPS,FedX or USPS had no such number. That's when I knew something was wrong. So I called and called and only a please leave a message is what I heard. I never spoke to anyone and no one got back with me. I quickly notified my credit card company and it's under investigation & notified the Revdex.com. I then looked online about the site and found out there were many complaints were just like mine. Desired Settlement: I just want my $51.47 back or send me what I ordered.

We clearly state we ship orders in 7-15 business days, not sure what the issue is.

Review: Paid for an order of 4 tee shirts totaling, $101.85. The company failed to deliver the merchandise and will not answer its' phone.

The Folsom, California Shop2Wear store took my order over the internet on 09/04/2014 for 4 extra large "Big Johnson" Tee Shirts. The company received payment on 09/05/2014 from my bank via Mastercard.

When I attempted to contact the company, they never answer their phone.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.
