Review: On Jan. 15,2014 I placed an order with Shooting The X for 2 Mad Antlered Mounting Kits. I received a package from them on 01/21/2014. In this package I received only one of the kits and it was all scratched up.The packing slip said 2 and the box it was shipped in said package 1 of 1. So there should have been 2 in it. I have tried repeatedly to contact them to resolve this issue but I could never get through to any of their depts. I left voicemails on at least 3 of the exts. and I sent an email of which no one has responded. Could you please help me to resolve this matter? Their phone no. is ###-###-####. Their email address is [email protected]. My order #[redacted],ref.#[redacted],customer id [redacted]. The SKU for the item is [redacted]. Sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to get what I paid for in which would be 2 Mad Antler Mounting Kits with both being in new condition, scratch free.
