This was not an advertising issue, it was an employee error in writing a price tagOne of my employees made a mistake writing the price on a gun tag, transposing two digits (from 739)Our Point of Sale system (populated with the correct price) caught the human error when the purchase was being finalized The bottom line is that the customer anticipated buying a gun at half price because of a simple human error and was denied that opportunity by the correction of the priceThat does not constitute an injury; the customer knew the gun was mispriced and intended to take advantage of that errorWhen his attempts on Facebook did not end in us bending to his negative reviews he called the Revdex.com Another issue that should be addressed is the man who entered this complaint was not the customer in this scenario nor is he family of the customer in thisHe has no interest in the purchase whatsoever If he is claiming to be the customer then he is admitting to being part of a felony "Straw Purchase" of a firearmOur paperwork proves that he was not the buyer
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not wait a week, and I did not look in the bag and discover the unwanted item until Sunday after the purchaseI attempted to return the item days after discovering itI could not return it sooner due to work

Customers issue would have been resolved if he had not waited over a week to tell us the incident occurredHe did not call us or come in until a week after the fact to ask for his money backDue to the nature of the product (ammunition) we can not take it back due to the liability, if the
ammunition has been tampered withIf the customer would have brought it back that day or the next day we could have taken it back but not a week later

The bottom line is that the customer anticipated buying a gun at half price because of a simple human error and was denied that opportunity by the correction of the price. That does not constitute an injury; the customer knew the gun was mispriced and intended to take advantage of that error. When his attempts on Facebook did not end in us bending to his negative reviews he called the Revdex.com.
Another issue that should be addressed is the man who entered this complaint was not the customer in this scenario nor is he family of the customer in this. He has no interest in the purchase whatsoever. If he is claiming to be the customer then he is admitting to being part of a felony "Straw Purchase" of a firearm. Our paperwork proves that he was not the buyer.
