Review: [redacted] On 2-14 I received an order and part of it was wrong. I have sent three 'contact us' emails through their website, posted twice on their [redacted] account, and sent several regular emails to two different email address [redacted].

I have had absolutely no response. I ordered a stainless steel Contigo travel cup at a price of 19.99. I received a plastic Contigo cup listed at 12.99. This was for a gift, so I was left without one.Desired Settlement: I would like the correct cup sent to me.
