we received a copy of the legal papers and settlement sheet from the attorney's office handling the sale of his property.Prior to that *** *** signed a Direct-Debit Enrollment Form which stated that any cancellation of the direct debit must be received by the 25" of the preceding monthIn addition, *** *** received a Resale Package for the sale that clearly states on page that to cancel a direct debit we must receive notice by the 25" or there will be a $administrative charge,Copies of these forms are attached*** *** did not fulfill his responsibilitiesNever the less, we did not charge him the administrative fee.Sincerely,David B

I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to *** ***'s statement, the settlement company, ***, sent my settlement check to Delbe on July 2017--the date my condo closedDelbe only agreed to refund me that amount a full month after the funds were sent to them by ***.I have email confirmation by *** that they sent those funds on that dateI also have email email where I asked Delbe employee Steve R***, in August, if he could provide ***, *** *** ** *** (***) real estate company, and myself with the date that Delbe received the settlement funds from ***, after Steve claimed that the funds had arrived late because of *** and the US Postal Service.If indeed the funds arrived a month late due to *** and / or the US Postal Service's oversight, why did MrR*** not provide us proof when we asked for itIn fact, Steve refused to answer that question when I asked him.Regards,
