Contrary to the consumer's claim the evidence within this document will show that she knowingly participated in our risk free trial starting at $Her failure to cancel within the day trial period resulted in the account becoming a VIP membership as specified within the terms she agreed toThe consumer enrolled for the fourteen (14) day trial on 12/30/Upon sign up customers must agree to the terms & conditions and privacy policy that are presented on credit card payment and enter a valid credit card and CVVnumber before proceeding any further

Although the consumer simply failed to cancel the day trial period nor returned the item to avoid becoming a recurring VIP Member, after careful consideration on 1/19/our billing department manager decided to go against our strict no refund no return policy and offered the consumer a courtesy refund in the amount of $However, the customer declined our courtesy offerDue to the customer decline of our $refund and in an effort to resolve this matter, our Billing department Manager extended the refund offer to $via email in which the customer did not respondTherefore, the courtesy refund was not issued and will no longer be honoredRespectfully, this is the extent of resolution to be met with the consumer
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2016/01/27) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm not sure which way to answerI contacted Revdex.com regarding the $refund asking what I should do about it and was waiting to hear backAs this was occuring over a weekend, I didn't expect an immediate answer
I also asked the gentleman at Shoesumo for their mailing address so that I could return the watch by certified mail
As there was no date listed on his email as to when I needed to respond to his offer of $75, I was waiting to hear back from Revdex.com
You can see from this quoted section of that email that he did not give a date to respond by
"The product is yours to keep and in order to finalize and acknowledge your request, kindly accept our refund offer of $It will take approximately 3-business days of more, depending on your financial institution, for the funds to post back to the same account that was charged initially
Thank you, *** ***"
Now Mr*** is changing his offer and dropping the $refund, so I do not accept the no refund offerI will accept the $offer though just to get this over withI was waiting for Revdex.com to advise me and for my bank to lift the fraud alert from my bank

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2016/01/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
"However, the consumer denied our offer and refused to settleTherefore, the consumer's request to process the aforementioned refund has been denied" I have NEVER denied your offer, but actually continued to ask you to give a full refundCan you show me WHERE I refused? And I can't deny noticing that as soon as Revdex.com was brought in was when YOU denied to refund even a partial amountThis only goes to show how much you want to deal in secret and continue to try and dupe innocent people out hereYou have shown me how duplicitous people can be in stealing my moneyElder scams are spoken about many times on the news, now I know how it feelsI may be old, and you may have gotten me this time, but I won't be gotten a second timeMy mind may be missing a few things in my brain to catch slippery phrases, but I'll just make sure I don't listen to them againShoesumo was not wanting to "offer" a refund on this from the first, so this is no surprise that as soon as Revdex.com got involved with them, they dropped their offer
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2016/02/03) */
Unfortunately, our courtesy refund offer was extended as an attempt to resolve the consumers dissatisfactionHowever, please keep in mind this offer was a "COURTESY"Therefore, per the Terms and Conditions which were agreed to, we are not required to extend the refund offerOur offer was more than generous and the decision to involve a 3rd party has placed additional financial responsibilities upon our businessRespectfully, the consumer's refund request has been denied
