I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
You will find shipping label attached with the address and tracking number for you convenience, I understand whoever handle the returns and repairs packages was on vacation, so is there chance that it was misplaced somewhere? Delivery stated it WAS delivered and SIGNED for it with your company name, it would be so weird if somebody else would sign it with "[redacted] company name.I spoke with USPS and they advised me it was delivered and I couldn't file a "LOST" claim because it was delivered to [redacted] and was lost somewhere at repair facility
