Review: I purchased 5 pairs of shoes from Shoe Time on 04/11/15. The following day, upon putting on the shoe, the strap and charms broke. I did not wear them and I placed the shoes pack in the orignal box. I tried to exchange them on 04/15/15 with my receipt and the owner told me the shoes were worn and she could not exchange them. The shoes were not worn and they clearly had a defect. If that shoe was worn, well so are the shoes that they have on display and sale at full price! I voiced my concern to the owner and I stated that I spent almost $80 in her store that day and hundreds from past purchases and she stated "It doesn't matter how much money I spend in her store and I'm not exchanging them." The owners are very rude and DO NOT stand behind the products they sale within my community. I have witnessed the owner being rude to other customers on different occassions. A business should not sale merchandise they can not honor. Their return policy states that items may be exchanged within 7 days and the owner clearly didn't honor their policy. I'm very outraged at the customer service I received, especially since I've been a customer since they moved into the area. I will not reccommend their business to anyone and I wouldn't return back to their store if they were giving away shoes.Desired Settlement: I would prefer a refund and an apology!
