Shoe Stop

I got my diabetic shoes with shoe stop last last year and paid nothing for them Medicare paid 100 per cent of my cost but I have been waiting to meet my deductable this year and I have but when I went in there this time I was told I would have to pay 20 percent of the cost and the lady said it's always been that way so in other words I am very upset
