Shoe Show

I bought a package of Jessica Simpson socks from Shoe Show in Paris, Tn. I opened the package only to find that there was only one sock, the first one, that was well made and a cable knit style. The rest were a different knit and very inferior, even coming undone. I tried to return the socks but was refused the service because I had opened the package. I expressed my disbelief since there was no way that I could have discovered this discrepancy unless the package was opened. I was still refused the service. I will never shop Shoe Show again.

I ordered a pair of shoes through shoe show online with a gift card. I ordered a size 8.5 and they sent me a 6.5. I understand mistakes happen but in less than 24 hours I have called 4 times, left 3 voicemails, and have sent 1 email. I have not gotten a return phone call or email back. I ordered a product and was not given the correct one and with human error, I understand that. but I would like the issue fixed and a phone call back letting me know the steps they are taking to resolve the issue.
