My mother is years oldShe brought in a pair of boots to have the heal taken downWhen they were returned they were severely damagedThe outside of the boot were shredded in several different placesCompletely damaged beyond repairAfter my mother made several attempts to have the situation resolved with no succes, she asked for my helpWhen I asked about the damaged Adrian stated that the boots were already damaged and we would have to prove that they destroyed the bootI asked who would wear a boot that was destroyed???
I will gladly provide pictures of the boot to show the significant damage and to further demonstrate why no one would ever have a boot serviced that was this significantly damaged

I have agreed to accept $for the damage of two pairs of boots that was damaged by shoe Repair & More because the Manager was very apologetic

I have talked to the owner and we are in agreement that my boots were damaged. I have agreed to come into the shop to access the damaged.He has agreed to discuss it with me for compensation as soon as I recover from my Heart surgery.
