Shoe Doctor, L L C

Review: I dropped my shoe to be repaired at the Shoe Doctor in June 2014. I was told that they could fix the break in the seam. Over a month later I finally get a call from them telling me that my shoe is ready. When I go to pay for it...the repair does not look like it has been taken care of at all. [redacted], the owner says he can fix it while I am there. He stitches the shoe terribly and tells him I owe him $15.00 for the work. I am not happy with the work and he tells me he can polish it and make it look better. Months go by and I wait for the call. The end of November I go into the shoe store to ask about my repaired shoe. The young gentleman working in the shoe store finds the shoe...this time, the stitching has been totally removed, and the side of the shoe is all scuffed up. This looks a thousand times worse than when I brought the shoe in. I go back to the shoe store on December 9th asking for a full refund and my shoe. The owner starts screaming at me and asks me to leave the store.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the amount I paid, I want my shoe back, and I want an apology from this vendor.
