Rude to customer

Jasmine was rude to me at store 134. Stated I had to leave the store while she was working for no reason and threatened to call the cops on me.on me.

Hello, my name is Stephanie Bernal. I used to work at shoe dept in Pampa, Txs as a key holder. I recently found out you guys fired Robin Bell-McDaniel for thief related reasons. Robin was the gm there at the time when I was 21 years old working there. I’m 24 now. She came in did a deposit for me. She never clocked in and left everything in my name. She stoled the deposit but framed me. This was back I believe in August 2019. I ended up having charges placed on me that I didn’t know of. I also had a warrant out for my arrest. Never been to jail or arrested. I was arrested on Christmas Eve 2019 for the first time, placed in jail for the first time and had to be place in the cell over night over this charge Robin actually did. Spent Christmas Eve and half of Christmas Day in the cell. I was terrified beyond belief. The district manager of Pampa and Amarillo did nothing but allow Robin to frame me. Her name is Kathy. Now that you guys know she has had been stealing from your store. I think you should be able to put the puzzle pieces together that it was not me! I think it’s messed up I was fired for no reason. There was no cameras in the store so I was unable to prove myself not guilty. There were no cameras at any of the convenient stores (Murphy’s and tootntonum) facing shoe dept. If there were cameras, obviously this wouldn’t had happen to me. I think it’s extremely unfair that you guys finally found out she has been stealing and never called me to apologize or given back my fees I had to pay outta pocket. I paid about $2,000+ in court fees, restitution fee, probation fees, and bail bond fees over what Robin did! I believe I deserve justice. I seriously do not care if this happened back in 2019. I was innocent, and I’ll forever bring this situation up until I’m dead. Why? Because it’s seriously unfair you guys did this to me! You guys never helped me out and allowed someone to frame me!

Review: I purchased a pair of boots for my granddaughter December 8, 2013 (Christmas Gift) at a cost of $44.98. The sole is almost completely off of the shoe and they told me that they are too old to do anything about them. I no longer have the original receipt but took my credit card statement to the store. The store manager was very rude and said they are 5 months old and worn out(apparently she can't count)and that my statement was not proof of purchase. I am a widow on social security and now have to purchase another gift for her and I would like to inform others not to shop at that store since they do not back up their merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the boots replaced and the manager to apologize for being so rude to me.
