the customer called Revdex.com and said that the sticker price was but when the shoes rang up they rang up as $When he got to checkout the business said they have a sign that the items will sell for the price they ring up as even if there is a difference between the prices, in this case the shoes were marked lower and rang out $moreThe customer did make the purchase but after going to another shoe city he was told that is not a sign they use and that the price marked should be the price marked he now wants a refund of the $

Hello I just wanted to let you know I resolved my problem with the store directly I was contacted via email by [redacted] the manager at the Whittier store who authorized the exchange Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Hi ***,We have received your letter regarding *** ***, we have contacted the customer already and offered her to be able to exchange the shoes at our store, if we do not have the same shoe available *** can exchange for another pair of equal or less value, thanks

I checked with my manger,they said that shoe was of the same size and it was worn and dirty and has some blue color inside the shoe.Our receipt shows that we don’t take worn shoes back

We have 30 days return and exchange policy and it is written on our receipt too. After 30 days customer should contact the vendor directly
