Shockley Truck Service

Review: We asked Shockley Truck Repair to come out and do a DOT inspection on a International that was purchased from out of state. He told me he would show up on at 7am sat and he doesn't show up till around 930am. He didn't tell me how long he was at the truck nor what was going on till I called him hours later. I called him out again to do a DOT inspection and He hours later show up(finally). He had ordered a part for the truck but doesn't till us he's policies. When it comes time to replace the part, after promising that the truck would be ready on Tuesday 9th, We get a call wed 10th saying "he will not move forward with the repair till he get paid in full. The owner never tells us about he's policy that he wants to be paid before he works on the truck, he had our key to the truck and wont not give it to us because now he wanted to be paid in full for service or we won't get the key to the truck. He didn't advise of the cost of he's service calls. Never did he tell us price for anything, not one time did he discuss price. Then we had to pay $568.83. He told us "he's New Years resolution" is not do work for anyone with payment up front. He never explained this to us. He's invoices doesn't make any sense why he is charging $283.83 for one service call but other service call invoices are $95.00 and they he charged $142.50 for labor that was never done.Desired Settlement: He charged us 3 times for service calls for $95 each call, but then he added labor that was never performed. He never performed any labor at anytime. We paid $568.83, when we should of only paid $285.00. The coolant he charged us was never seen in the truck but he charged 2 gallons at $22 each gallon. We want reimbursement for that as well. We paid $568.83 and only $285 is correct which we want back $283.83.
