Purchased new Ranger boatShoal's service deptput holes in hullpatched it inadequatelydid not tell me prior to signing contract I purchased a new Ranger boatPart of the purchase included added equipment mounted on the boat by Shoal's service departmentAll work was done while I waited prior to signing the contractThey mounted the side imaging transducer for the Helix at the back right side in errorIt should have been mounted on the left sideThey corrected their mistake and moved it to the left sideIn doing so they left holes in the hull which they patched inadequately with screws and silicon My problem is I had not signed the contract at this point and no one bothered to mention that they had left holes in my BRAND NEW undamaged boatShoal Outdoor Sports DID NOT DISCLOSE the damage to my boat prior to me signing the contract Since then Shoal's sales person told me he didn't see "what the big deal" was since the holes were patched
I purchased a Nitro boat only made payments and the boat is needing 5,to fix
I purchased water ready Nitro boatOnly made payments, broke a ring and scared the power head
so the power head will need replacing they said pay 5,or trade for newer boat more a month or lose creditBut newer boat will have 8yr warranty I would like to exchange it for a new boat but have the monthly payment the samecould work with paying on it longer
