I WOULD LIKE TO REPAIR HER CLUSTER ASAP ---SHE HAVE TO BRING THE SUV BACK IN OR DROP OFFCAR WAS AT THE SHOP ON JUNE 30TH -LED WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY ----DURING THE INSTALLATION WE HAD TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AFTER WORK COMPLETED, WE RE-PLUGGED THE BATTERY BACK IN --COINCIDENTALLY THE CLUSTER STOP WORKING -HOW EVER WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER WE WILL FIX THE ISSUE TO SATISFY OUR CUSTOMER ---I CALL A CLUSTER REBUILT COMPANY -THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IN THE CLUSTER FOR REPAIR -WE TOLD CUSTOMER TO DROP THE CAR OFF ASAP FOR REPAIR -CUSTOMER BOUGHT THE CAR BACK IN, WE REMOVED THE CLUSTER TO SEND FOR REPAIR AND THE CLUSTER REPAIR COMPANY SAID THEY NEED THREE DAYS TO FIX -WE TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER BACK TO TIMES THAT DAY, NO ANSWER -WHEN THE CUSTOMER CAME BACK LATER THAT DAY WE TOLD THEM THEY NEED THREE DAYS FOR REPAIR -THEY THOUGHT IT WAS TOO LONG -EVEN THOUGH WE OFFERED THE CLUSTER REPAIR COMPANY MORE MONEY FOR A FASTER REPAIR AND THEY WON'T DO IT --SHE GOT MAD AND DECIDED TO TAKE THE KEYS AND LEAVE ---
