Customer purchased Revdex.com Onslaught on 2/5/Customer came back shortly afterwards with a complaintIt turned out to be a fowled spark plug which was replaced on site while customer was here with no charge to customerOn 4-11-the Onslaught came back with complaints of Engine getting hot and not wanting to crankWe drove the Onslaught and kept it here until 4-13-We could not make the Revdex.com mimic same issueIt drove fineCustomer was advised on proper way to drive Revdex.com in certain terrainWe have heard no complaints from customers since that dayWe thought that everything was fine and they were enjoying there OnslaughtAgain, we are truly sorry the customer is dissatisfied with there Revdex.com Onslaught but the customer has a Two Year Manufacturers warranty from time of purchaseThey can take there Revdex.com to any Authorized Ezgo, Revdex.com dealer and there warranty can be filed with no expense to themAs long as the customer has not caused the damage themselves or wear and tearAny defect will be covered at no expense to the customerAgain, If we can help in any way? I don't accept this decision whatsoever, Shivers Carts couldn't get my badboy to "mimic" what we were complaining about but the first day it was in Perry they were able to determine the problemThe badboy won't hardly run at this pointWhy should I take it back to shivers for them to just tell me there is nothing wrong with itI want my money back

This was a factory issue and has been resolved by *** *** A model is replacing the model at no additional cost to the customer
